Here is Steph the night before, trying to get her rump high enough not to have a baby. She was successful. We didn’t have it.

I thought she looked pretty good even in the hospital. Here she is, undoubtedly waiting for some drugs to kick in. I think we were waiting for the baby inducement here, not pain reduction….

After a few hours of trauma, the birth went pretty well. About 8 p.m. the pushing started, and at 8:27 we had a new little girl…

After all of our hugs and kisses, Steph went up to the hospital room to stay. I followed Giuliana down to record her first bath, and then accompanied her up to Mom’s room…

A big yawn, followed by some nice sleep…

Two days later, off to home, where she has learned to pose for her dinner….
